1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

1.1 Domestic Shipping

We currently offer the following shipping options within India with our delivery partner DTDC and DELHIVERY

Standard Shipping: 8 to 10 days

Express Shipping: 5 to 8 days

1.2 International Shipping

For our global customers, we provide international shipping options. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination. Customs clearance may also impact delivery times.

 

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales events. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Customers will be able to review and confirm shipping costs before completing their purchase.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided in your orders portal or you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order on our website or through the designated courier's tracking portal.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with re-sending the package.

 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Skele is not liable for any loss or theft. Please ensure that the provided shipping address is secure.

 

8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will contact the customer to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

 

9. Delivery Exceptions

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as holidays, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make our best effort to communicate any delays to our customers.
